The Defective Concrete Blocks Community Facilitator is available to guide homeowners, in particular, disadvantaged and/or vulnerable individuals and families through the application process for the Defective Concrete Blocks grant scheme and facilitate access to relevant support services. The DCB Community Facilitator is available to guide homeowners, in particular disadvantaged and/or vulnerable individuals and families, through the application process for the defective Concrete blocks grant scheme and facilitate access to relevant support services.
Services
Support & guidance through the application process including:
- Advice on the steps to complete the online application
- Guidance on gathering the supporting documentation required
- Providing necessary facilities - scanning - printing - photocopying, etc
- identifying additional support needed & signposting homeowners to relevant community services
